These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rainbow Sort, a puzzle game designed for Pi Browser and Pi Network users. By using the game, connecting your Pi account, saving scores, or making a Pi payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Rainbow Sort is a casual liquid-sorting puzzle game with gameplay features such as levels, moves, score tracking, leaderboard entries, boosters, and optional Pi-powered purchases. The game may be updated, changed, paused, or discontinued at any time to improve stability, gameplay, security, or compliance.
2. Pi account connection
Some features require connecting with your Pi account through the Pi Network SDK. You are responsible for keeping your Pi account, Pi Browser, and device secure. You must not use another person's account without permission or attempt to bypass authentication, payment validation, or backend checks.
3. Payments and boosters
Optional purchases may be offered in Pi, such as boosters, hints, undos, or extra glasses. A purchase is credited only after the payment is approved and completed through the backend verification flow. If a payment is cancelled, incomplete, expired, duplicated, manipulated, or fails validation, the related item may not be credited or may be removed.
Digital game items are intended for use inside Rainbow Sort only. They do not represent money, a financial product, an investment, a withdrawable balance, or a guaranteed future value.
4. Fair use and prohibited behavior
You agree not to:
- modify, exploit, automate, or manipulate gameplay, scores, purchases, API calls, payment identifiers, or leaderboard data;
- attempt to access admin areas, server files, databases, or endpoints without authorization;
- submit fake scores, fake payment confirmations, duplicated transactions, or abusive requests;
- interfere with the game, backend, Pi SDK flow, or other users' experience;
- use the game for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
5. Leaderboard and scores
Leaderboard entries may be reviewed, corrected, hidden, reset, or removed if they appear incorrect, abusive, duplicated, manipulated, or technically invalid. We may also reset scores during major game updates, balancing changes, migrations, or anti-cheat improvements.
6. Availability and changes
The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to keep Rainbow Sort functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, constant compatibility with all devices, or permanent availability of any specific feature.
7. User responsibility
You are responsible for checking payment details before confirming a transaction, using a compatible browser/device, following Pi Network rules, and complying with applicable laws in your location. You should not use the game if doing so is not permitted under the rules that apply to you.
8. Intellectual property
The Rainbow Sort name, interface, visual design, code, assets, gameplay implementation, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. You may use the game for personal entertainment, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of access, device issues, payment delays, network issues, Pi SDK issues, or third-party service disruptions related to your use of the game.
10. Updates to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Rainbow Sort after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
